Making sense of what’s hard, together.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, the impact of past experiences, or simply feeling that something isn't quite right, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect and make sense of your feelings and experiences.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor registered with UKCP and BACP, I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where we can explore what is happening for you, deepen self-understanding and work towards meaningful change.
How will we work together?
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, heard and understood. My role is not to tell you what to do or offer quick fixes, but to work alongside you as we explore what is happening in your life and what may be getting in the way of living more fully.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to create a way of working that is tailored to you. Together, we can explore your experiences, relationships, thoughts and feelings in a space that is supportive, accepting and free from judgement.
The therapeutic relationship is central to my work. I believe that when we feel truly seen and understood, meaningful change becomes possible. Through our work together, we can gently uncover patterns that may no longer be serving you, develop greater self-awareness, and find new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Sessions are 50 minutes and available online or in person. I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy, depending on your needs and what feels most appropriate for you.
What can I help you with?
I have experience helping people with a variety of the challenges that life throws at us. I have listed a few of those below but please be reassured this is not an exhaustive list, so please do get in touch and together we can explore what the best next step for you could be.
Relational dilemmas and patterns
Low mood and/or depression
Anxiety, ADHD and phobias
Bereavement and/or loss
Fertility concerns & Issues
Trauma and addictions

Please know, I also recognise that sometimes putting a ‘label’ on often complex combinations of feelings isn’t always helpful for some people but it can also be vital for others, so I work respectfully with both schools of thought. To me, what is important here, is you.
